Step 1: Schedule or Enroll Employers or owner-operators enroll in a testing program or schedule services. Step 2: Specimen Collection: Collections are performed by trained and certified collectors following DOT protocols. Step 3: Laboratory Testing Samples are sent to certified laboratories for analysis. Step 4: Medical Review Officer (MRO) Results are securely reported & maintained for compliance purposes. Step 5: Results & Compliance Reporting Results are securely reported & maintained for compliance purposes. **Federal DOT regulations supersede state law for DOT-regulated testing** **Alcohol testing currently not offered**
