Standard, non-DOT drug testing services are available for Florida employers & individuals not subject to DOT regulations. Testing methods may include: • Urine • Hair • Nail • Oral fluid (saliva) Standard drug testing, whether rapid or lab tested, is conducted in accordance with: • Employer drug-free workplace policies • Applicable to Florida statutes • Confidentiality & privacy standards Non-DOT testing does not fall under 49 CFR Part 40.
